Four levels of certainty for claims
Zone A · scientific literature
Functional and elastodontic appliances, orofacial functions (tongue, swallowing, muscular work) — supportable by independent sources.
Zone B · limited evidence
Posture and malocclusion, airway changes — we phrase these as "studies suggest", "evidence is limited".
Zone C · Dentosofia interpretation
The tooth as a reflection of one's life story, body–soul–spirit — always presented as "according to Montaud", not as medical fact.
Zone D · law and regulation
We assess the status of a medical device individually for each product, based only on documented evidence.
